Bringing a wealth of winemaking knowledge and an expertise in organic wine farming, Drew Herman assumed the role of Director of Viticulture at Revana Vineyards in 2023. Graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Minor in Botany, Drew now oversees all Estate vineyard operations, spearheading the adoption of organic vineyard management techniques. His innovative approach brings about dynamic changes that foster year-round flourishing vineyards, ensuring the production of healthy fruit that significantly influences the intricacies of the wines. These enhancements uphold our commitment to crafting world-class wines by elevating their quality and staying true to our philosophy.
