

2018 Revana Estate Reserve Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay Grapes are double hand-sorted, whole-cluster pressed and fermented for 21-28 days. The juice was then aged for 18 months in a combination of 17% new, 50% once used, and 33% neutral French oak barrels. This gives it a rich, rounded mouth-feel that is well integrated and balanced.
On The Nose: Meyer lemon, kaffir lime, and pineapple
On The Palate: Crisp with notes of bartlett pear and papaya, the body is well integrated and has a long finish.
