This white variety, typical of the Valle del Rhône, France, expresses the freshness and complexity of our Uco Valley IG. Deep, stony soils with great drainage produce low yields and high concentrations, obtaining a delicate and elegant wine. It is aged 12 months in French oak barrels, to give it a touch of finesse and complexity that we seek in this white wine. Drink by itself or pair with pasta, white meat, fish, or risotto.
