This is our Magnum (1.5L) bottle of Rosé.
The Pinot Noir grapes are whole-cluster pressed immediately upon being picked, receiving minimal skin-to-juice contact. We then ferment and barrel-age in neutral French oak barrels for four months.
Nose - persimmon, cherry cordial, strawberry, kiwi
Palate - persimmon, lime, tightly structured, long finish
