2016 Alexana Signature Chardonnay

The Willamette Valley has become one of the new world’s most sought after regions to grow and craft the noble Chardonnay grape.

The Signature Chardonnay is a selection of the highest quality Chardonnay barrels from our cellar. Chosen for their extraordinary texture and concentration, each barrel blends seamlessly together to create our most elegant expression of Chardonnay.

To make this stunning wine, each Chardonnay cluster is double hand sorted then pressed whole cluster and fermented for 21-28 days. Once fermentation is complete, the juice is then aged for 11 months in a combination of stainless steel barrel and oak barrel giving the wine a rich, rounded mouth-feel that is well integrated and balanced.
